Japanese Teas - Discovery set

This set contains 4 tins of the following classical Japanese teas :

- Genmaicha. A green tea with toasted rice, unique.

- Kukicha. A tea that is composed of leaves and stems. low theine content and offers a golden green liquor with sweet and vegetal flavours.

- Hojicha. Roasted green tea. This gives a woody aroma with a slightly roasted taste and little astringency.

- Sencha yamato. The most popular type of Japanese green. Steemed tea with flat leaves, it has subtly herbal aroma and a lot of umami.

Each tin contains approximately 25g of tea (a dozen of cups).
