The garden of the wise, like those we visited during our researches in Kyoto, Nara or Mount Koya. Those sages are used to match plant species living in symbiosis and organized in a peaceful garden.
Pear trees and almond trees with their complementary flavors are associated with a sencha green tea basis, and delicately completed with flower petals.
